You will find the option to change the default email template in your admin panel, “Email Settings > All Email Templates”
few things to notice here, you will find three keys listed below
- @username: This will retrieve the username if mail is sent to any registered user
- @message: this will retrieve the message given by you or user
- @company: This will retrieve your site details, which you put in “general settings> basic settings.”
